Laundry Today Or Naked Tomorrow

Does it seem like you are doing never ending loads of laundry? I swear sometimes it feels like it multiples over night! With never ending loads of laundry that means lots and lots of detergent.
Did you know that commercial laundry detergents are filled with toxic chemicals that you won't want to have soaked in your clothes and bedding that you wear or lay in 24/7. Our bodies will naturally absorb those chemicals when it touches the skin.
Commercial laundry detergents normally have:
-Optical brighteners
-Fragrances
-SLE/SLES
-Formaldhyde
-Dyes
-Phosphates
-Synthetic Perfumes
-Petrochemicals
and that just naming a few..... Many of these are an endocrine disruptor which c an affect both the male and female reproductive system. Some are even a carcinogen which can lead to allergies, neurotoxicity, and even skin sensitivity.
Now your probably thinking well it’s only a tiny bit of chemicals what’s to worry about? But I want you to consider the effects of bioaccumulation. The EPA has stated that small amounts of chemicals are not harmful to the body, but what happens when a small amount of chemicals are found in every single product you use every single day, week, and month for the rest of your life?
Those small amounts of chemicals will add up so why not try a nontoxic version of laundry soap? Because it’s not full of junk your paying for high quality ingredients. Well you may be like me.....I’m on a budget!
So let me share with you how to triple your nontoxic laundry detergent!
You’ll Need:
Three 32oz mason jars
One pumper top
Thieves Laundry Detergent
Arm & Hammer Washing Soda
Thieves Household Cleaner
Purification or Lemon Essential Oil
Hot water
Steps:
Add 1/4th cup of Washing Soda to each jar.
Add a little hot water to each & mix.
Split the Thieves laundry detergent into thirds amongst each jar.
Add a capful of Thieves Household Cleaner to each jar.
Add 10 drops of your choice of essential oil to each jar.
Top off with hot water. Mix & your ready to go!
Since we are on the subject of laundry let’s talk about a Dryer swap!
Swap out those nasty dryer sheets for DRYER BALLS!! Add a few drops of your fav essential oil to each ball. Some of my favorites are Lavender, Lemongrass, Gentke Baby, or even Citrus Fresh. After each load, add the essential oil to the dryer balls and place in an airtight container so the aroma lingers with the dryer balls and they will be ready for your next load of clothes.
