Try this delicious Trader Joe's Italian Meatball Sub!


Want a quick and easy dinner that everyone will love? Turn a bag of Trader Joe's Italian meatballs into a homemade meatball sub! This recipe is sooo EASY, filling, and everyone in the family will love! Plus its only FIVE ingredients! Easily will feed a family of four!


While I shopped at Trader Joe's you can also find similar ingredients available at any store!


Heres the recipe!


Ingredients:

  • Trader Joe's Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  • Trader Joe's Meatballs Italian Style (Fully Cooked)- in freezer section

  • Trader Joe's Roasted Garlic & Herb Butter Spread

  • Trader Joe's Italian Loaf Bread

  • Trader Joe's Marinara Sauce


Instructions:

  1. Cook the Trader Joe's Italian Meatballs! Cook according to package instructions. Slice them in half when done cooking.

  2. Toast Bread! Spread the garlic butter on bread. Butter side up-cover with foil and broil for 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.

  3. Assemble the meatball sub! Flip bread so butter side is now down. Top toasted garlic toast with marinara sauce, sliced meatballs, and mozzarella cheese. Top with another garlic toast-creating a sandwich.

  4. Cook Sub! Broil another 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Watch closely so it doesn't burn.

  5. Enjoy! Make sure to bring the napkins to the table you'll need it!
